As 2017 has begun, it has brought with it a whole host of dreams, aspirations, commitments and promises both to others and ourselves.  New Year’s resolutions have been made and broken for over 4000 years but in the spirit of accountability, we thought we would share some of ours with you.

We promised ourselves a new website that could reflect our evolving farm, café and butchery.  We were thrilled to launch that yesterday and we’re so happy with how it looks and how it portrays exactly what we do and who we are.  Jamie (one of our regular team) has built this using his technical wizardry along with Annuszka (the creative influence behind our butchery, café and shop).  Massive congratulations and thanks to you both!website-front-page

We have also taken on a new chef, Sergio.  Originally hailing from Tuscany, Sergio will be using his wealth of experience to blend traditional rural Tuscan cooking with the fantastic range of ingredients we can offer him from our award winning butchery counter and farm shop.  We already have a mouth-watering specials board up and running, featuring classics like Lasagne al Forno and Aubergine Parmigiana to Japanese Omelettes and Chicken Schnitzel.  All these are at the usual great value for money prices you have come to expect from us, but don’t worry, the old favourites remain firmly in place too!  Come and give them a try!

We have more dreams for how we will continue to develop and keep offering you the best products from the farm and our carefully chosen suppliers as well as offering you a great experience every time you come to the farm.  More of that another time…  In the meantime, please follow our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram for the most up to date news on what’s happening.
